We produced a foldout booklet of 12 A6 pages with almost all the mission events on.

We have leafleted about five thousand of them around our suburb.

We have given three-five out to church members the last few weeks for them to use to give away.

We had the brochures ready a month early.  I don't think this was early enough - as members don't really start thinking about inviting until they have a brochure in their hand.

The cost of the booklet printing was $1388 through whirlwind.com.au 

This was much much cheaper than gettting a whole series of individual brochures printed.

And also it created a really good impression when people opened up the brochure and can see lots of events on.

In hindsight as we think of the imagery for next year - I think we want the brochure to be a little warmer - and more human.  We didn't want it to be 'girly' but I think we may have gone a little bit the other way. 

One of our criteria for the 8-08 'Start the Ultimate Relatinship' week promotion is that the brochures be 'hyp enough for the urban but warm enough for the suburban.'
